Document Centre: Personal Insurance Claim Forms

If the claim form you require is not listed below, or if you have any queries or problems completing a form, please contact Naturesave on 01803 864390.   If you would rather complete and forward the form electronically, we can forward it to you in MS Word format - please call us to request a word version.

In the unfortunate event that you have to submit a claim under your policy, the time taken to settle the claim can be greatly reduced if you provide documentation to substantiate as much of the claim as possible in the form of estimates, invoices and valuations.  It is a good idea to keep your receipts (for larger items) in a safe place which can be produced to support any claim you submit.

Please remember that insurers have the option to settle a claim by either payment, reinstatement, replacement or repair and it is therefore essential that, to give Insurers available opportunity to effect repairs, you retain the damaged items for the Insurers'/Loss Adjusters' inspection.
