Liability Insurance

Charity & Non-Profit Liability Insurance

Naturesave Liability Insurance is intended to protect individuals, companies, charities and voluntary organisations against liability claims from employees, volunteers or third parties who allege that they have breached a legal duty to them.

Claims can result from injuries to staff, third party property damage and bodily injury whether from the activities of the insured or from their products.

Claims against charities and voluntary organisations can be brought by a wide group of people, including employees, volunteers, customers and suppliers.

Furthermore, tighter UK and European regulation in the areas of health and safety, environment, employment and corporate governance is fuelling growth in litigation against employers and their trading activities.

Employers’ Liability is a statutory legal requirement for any organisation that has paid or voluntary staff.  Cover is provided for a limit of indemnity of £10,000,000.

Public and Products Liability Insurance can be provided for limits ranging from as little as £500,000 to £5,000,000. Currently the public sector, local and central government usually require a minimum of £5 million of Public Liability insurance cover.

Public and Products Liability Insurance can be provided for limits ranging from as little as £500,000 to £5,000,000.

Should you require a higher limit additional cover can be arranged through an Excess Layer Liability policy – please contact us for details.
