We live by our ethics and have given away over £1 million to our charity the Naturesave Trust, which funds environmental projects across the UK.
Making Business Greener
Our long standing Making Business Greener Campaign is designed to help UK SME’s reduce their environmental impact if they lack the time, knowledge and resources to achieve these aims.
These often relate to creating sustainability strategies and measuring carbon footprints. Businesses also need support in understanding the climate and nature crisis, how it relates to their organisation and what legislation they need to be aware of. Communicating these issues to employees, customers and stakeholders is also often seen as a challenge.
Making Business Greener is designed to meet these needs and is funded by the Naturesave Trust.
You can receive up to 4 hours of free consultancy to help your business have a positive environmental and social impact and support the transition to the low carbon economy. The service is delivered via our long-standing partner, Positive Impacts.

Ethical Consumer
Naturesave has been given the top ethical score by Ethical Consumer, and they have also awarded us Best Buy status.
Ethical Consumer is an independent, not-for-profit, multi-stakeholder co-operative founded in 1989. Their primary goal is to make businesses more sustainable through consumer pressure. Their mission includes the following:
- Help consumers to challenge corporate power by using their economic vote every time they go shopping.
- They have a fully transparent ranking system with all data available to subscribers.

We are in the top four ethical and eco-friendly UK home insurers in Good With Money, one of the UK's top directories for ethical consumers who want to "become Good with money while doing good with money".
The Good Shopping Guide
We are also highly rated by The Good Shopping Guide (GSG) achieving a perfect score of 100 out of 100. GSG wants to "encourage more companies in the insurance sector to follow Naturesave's example and adopt more ethical policies and practices."
