Contento Social Homes has received a grant to support survivors of domestic abuse who are signed with No Recourse to Public Funds by providing essential groceries.
Domestic abuse survivors facing immigration challenges often find themselves in extremely vulnerable situations, with limited access to essential resources. The grant from The Naturesave Trust will enable Contento Social Homes to alleviate some of the financial burdens faced by these survivors, ensuring they have access to nutritious food during their journey to safety and independence.
Progress Ndlovu, Fundraising Officer says:
“We are incredibly grateful to The Naturesave Trust for their generous support. This grant will make a significant difference in the lives of domestic abuse survivors who are in urgent need of assistance. With these funds, we can ensure that individuals facing immigration restrictions have access to the basic necessity of food, providing them with a sense of security and hope as they rebuild their lives.”
Contento Social Homes exists to improve the support for Survivors of Domestic Abuse and their Children in United Kingdom by providing Safe-Accommodation and supplies. You can find our more about their work here.
