The Naturesave Trust has funded environmental conservation since 1995
The Naturesave Trust was set up in 1995 to fund environmental and conservation projects throughout the UK. It obtains 100% of its funds from the premiums generated by Naturesave Insurance, which uses the insurance industry as a vehicle for sustainable development.
Our areas of activitiy include;
1. Providing Grant Funding
After over 25 years of funding environmental and conversation projects and to mark the start of a new decade we are reviewing our approach to grant funded projects. As such appllications are now closed and will reopen on the 1st May.
2. Environmental Performance Reviews – Helping Businesses Become Greener
The Naturesave Trust also funds a program of Environmental Performance Reviews which are designed to equip small to medium-sized businesses with the knowledge they require to operate more sustainably. These reviews are offered for free to Naturesave’s business insurance customers. More details can be found here.
3. Tree Planting Program – ‘Buy One Get One Tree’
The final area of funding is a tree planting program in partnership with the conservation charity, Trees For Life. The Trust provides the funding for Naturesave Insurance to plant a tree for every new insurance policy issued. To read more about this conservation work here
